At KA Purple Pixie, we create high-quality, custom-made products through a print-on-demand process. Since each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please review our policy below:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them.
